To Learn, To Serve, To Advance.

At UNITED K9, we celebrate courage, teamwork, and dedication — values that are also at the heart of Canada’s Cadet Program. That’s why we are proud to welcome the Escadron 806 Optimiste Sainte-Thérèse, who will perform the Canadian and American national anthems alongside Michal Aloni during our closing ceremony.

Founded in 1972, Escadron 806 is part of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, a nationwide program for young Canadians aged 12 to 18. The Cadet Program provides opportunities for youth to take part in activities that are exciting, challenging, and enriching — from aviation and leadership to music, community service, and teamwork. For over 50 years, Escadron 806 has been shaping young leaders through discipline, creativity, and service to their community.

Their participation at UNITED K9 is a reminder of the important role cadets play in Canadian culture: they represent commitment, growth, and the strength of the next generation. Sharing the stage with Michal Aloni to perform the national anthems will be a highlight of the weekend, honoring both countries while bringing together our communities in respect and unity.

Their performance will be one of the closing highlights of UNITED K9 — a moment of pride and unity, where music, community, and tradition come together to honor both nations.
