Guest Speaker

Founder of L’Institut Thérapeutique Canin Marie-Pier has been working in the canine world since 2013. She specializes in massage therapy to support the physical and mental health of our companion animals.

Her calm demeanor, patience, and deep love for dogs allow her to take a gentle and respectful approach with every animal she works with.

Massage and hydromassage have proven highly effective in supporting longevity, while also helping to reduce anxiety in many dogs.

Her clientele includes everything from sport dogs to senior dogs and those recovering from surgery. She is a strong advocate for the benefits of swimming, especially for maintaining joint and muscle health, and promotes it actively among her clients.

She is also specialized in water desensitization, Cani-paddle, and safe pool integration—even offering personalized guidance to help owners safely introduce their dogs to their home pool.

Marie-Pier has also studied canine nutrition and supplements, bringing a holistic approach that aligns beautifully with overall wellness.

Now working from the comfort of her home, she offers boarding for dogs who are elderly, disabled, or suffer from anxiety. With over 12 years of experience working with special needs dogs, she also offers wheelchair rentals and sales, improving daily life for both dogs and their guardians.

In short, Marie-Pier has dedicated her life to animal well-being and longevity, deeply understanding just how important these loyal companions are to the people who love them.

Come meet her on site or attend her conference on canine massage! You’ll learn not only about the benefits and contraindications, but you’ll also leave with hands-on techniques you can apply with your own dog—whether it’s a puppy needing desensitization to touch, a sport dog requiring key stretches before or after activity, or a dog who could benefit from improved blood circulation to support lymphatic drainage and digestion.
