UNITED K9 2025 Event – Participant Dog Criteria
Assumption of Risk: Attendees and participants acknowledge that the UNITED K9 event involves activities that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with dogs, physical demonstrations, and exposure to outdoor environments. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event.
To ensure the safety and success of all working teams during the TODOS K9 seminar, all participating dogs must meet the following criteria:
✅ Health Requirements
•Dogs must be in good physical condition, with no health issues related to the heart, hips, ligaments, or joints.
• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
✅ Training Requirements
•Dogs must have completed basic obedience training and be able to follow commands reliably in a working environment.
• Any uncontrollable or aggressive dog that poses a risk to others will be disqualified and asked to leave the event with no refund.
✅ Gear Requirements
•Dogs must be equipped with professional-grade gear, including:
• A flat leather collar
• A leather harness
• A leather muzzle
• Gear must be from CAN-AM or a comparable quality provider.

⚠️ Important:
If you require gear, please order it well in advance, as fabrication and delivery can take 2 weeks or more.
Any dog arriving with incorrect or substandard equipment will be disqualified with no refund.
