UNITED K9 2025 Event – Participant Dog Criteria
Assumption of Risk: Attendees and participants acknowledge that the UNITED K9 event involves activities that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with dogs, physical demonstrations, and exposure to outdoor environments. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event.
✅ Training Requirements
•Dogs must have completed basic obedience training and be able to follow commands reliably in a working environment.
• Any uncontrollable or aggressive dog that poses a risk to others will be disqualified and asked to leave the event with no refund.
✅ Gear Requirements
•Dogs must be equipped with professional-grade gear, including:
• A flat leather collar
• A leather harness
• A leather muzzle

Prong collars and electronic collars (e-collars) are strictly forbidden on the premises, in compliance with Quebec provincial regulations regarding the welfare and safety of domestic animals.
