UNITED K9 2025 Event – Terms and Conditions
Age Requirements
The UNITED K9 2025 Event is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Minors aged 13 and older are permitted to attend but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Ticket Policy
Tickets for the UNITED K9 2025 Event are transferable. Tickets with a participant dog, the replacement dog must meet the event criteria, and the event organizers must be informed at least 30 days prior to the event date in order to accept the transfer, failure to do so participant ticket will not be refunded.
Code of Conduct
All attendees and participants are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:
- Dogs must not be touched or fed without the permission of their handlers.
- Screaming, yelling, or causing disturbances is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is not allowed.
- Attendees and participants must respect designated areas according to their pre-approved access.
- Intoxication of any kind will not be tolerated.

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate the code of conduct or safety guidelines.

Any actions deemed disruptive or unsafe will result in immediate removal from the event.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will grant event promoters the right to remove individuals from the premises without a refund.

No pictures or videos of individuals and their dogs using cell phones without prior consent. Some attendees and their dogs may be law enforcement workers who must maintain their privacy.

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and attendees at all times.
Dog Requirements

All participant dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
- Dogs must wear pre-approved harnesses, collars, and muzzles as required.
- When not competing, dogs must be muzzled, leashed, or secured in their crates under supervision.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited at the event:
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Alcohol
- Professional Cameras, drones and Video Cameras (unless pre-approved)
Liability
Each attendee or participant is solely responsible for their personal belongings and any injuries sustained during the event. Event organizers (IMPACT MEDIA – ECON GROUP), sponsors, and the event location are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage.
Photography and Filming Consent
By attending the event, participants and attendees automatically grant permission to be photographed and filmed by pre-approved event organizers and professionals. If any attendee does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must notify the event organizers in advance to ensure their privacy is respected.
Intellectual Property
All content created at the event, including photographs and videos, remains the property of IMPACT MEDIA and may be used for social media, promotional materials, and other future uses and not limited to be published by third parties.
Force Majeure and Event Cancellation
- In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will not be issued in cases of removal due to non-compliance.
- In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances out of event organizers control , the event will be postponed to a future date, and refunds for individuals that can no longer attend will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
